Leadwork
Lead sheet is widely used throughout Edinburgh’s roofs both on our heritage listed buildings and new builds. Good quality leadwork maintains the original look of a property and lasts a lifetime if installed correctly. High quality leadwork is strong, durable, sustainable and recyclable. Lead also enhances the aesthetics of any building old or new.
Advanced Roofing employ only the most experienced lead technicians. Our technicians always carry out all leadwork to LSA standards (Lead Sheet Association, glossary). Our expert team will ensure only proper correct installation techniques are applied including design, layout and ultimately installation.
Lead is available in a range of thicknesses referred to as codes.
