Advanced Roofing cover all of Edinburgh city as well as the surrounding areas of East Lothian, West Lothian, The Scottish Borders and Fife.  We have also covered areas of Scotland further afield including Isle of Seil, Morven, Loch Awe and Kirriemuir.

We specialise in heritage buildings in conservation areas including Morningside, Newington, The Grange, and The Newtown in Edinburgh City.  This work typically involves slating, stonework, lead work and general roof care.

At Advanced Roofing we also provide traditional felt, Bauder flat roof systems and Sarnafil single-ply membranes that are suitable for flat roofs.  We are registered installers of both Sarnafil and Bauder roofing technology.
